Sanilac Creamery in Ann Arbor

Sanilac Creamery is a retail creamery and cheese shop in Ann Arbor making handmade cheeses and gelato using old-world techniques – hand-ladled curds, long sets, low-temperature pasteurization, milk from small regional farms.

They recently went independent from Zingerman’s and kept all the recipes.
