About 30 miles north of Lansing, Phillips Orchards & Cider Mill in Saint Johns has been keeping Michigan’s fall traditions alive for more than 170 years. This place is all about fresh-pressed cider, donuts, scratch-made pies, and even hard cider flights for the grown-ups.
Enjoy cider on the patio, have a picnic in the fields, and watch the traditional cider-making process with and old-fashioned rack and cloth press.
And of course, apple picking, horse-drawn wagon rides (select weekends), and shelves stocked with local goodies.
