is an old Lake Michigan lighthouse with a walkable pier that is a popular place for watching sunsets and photography when the wind cooperates.
It’s easy to walk to the lighthouse from downtown.
About the Frankfort Light
- It was built in 1912.
- The lighthouse is not open for tours but you can walk on the breakwater when the weather allows – it can be very slippery so be careful.
- It is accessible from the beach at the end of main street.
