The Elevated Market
(616) 617-8674
The Elevated Market in Grand Rapids has landed in a 25,000-square-foot vintage market warehouse at 955 Godfrey Ave SW.
It’s gigantic, and it’s filled with vintage, artisan, and community booths from vendors selling everything from home décor and furniture to clothing, art, and collectibles.
It’s in a part of town that, up until recently, hasn’t given shoppers much reason to visit. That’s all changing now, though, with The Elevated Market staking claim to their new home, along with several other new businesses putting down roots on Godfrey SW.
What it Is
In their soft opening phase right now, The Elevated Market in Grand Rapids opens September 6, 2025, inside a 25,000 square foot, century-old warehouse that once made WWII parachutes and also served as a brass company.
Today, over 75 vendors bring the place to life with home décor, furniture, clothing, art, books, jewelry, and collectibles.
The new space also aims to have a 1,000 sq ft vintage clothing boutique, dedicated furniture market, small art gallery, and artist/maker space.
What They're Known For
People come here for the mix of retro, vintage, and kitsch treasures alongside artisan goods and one-of-a-kind housewares all under one roof. There really is nothing else like it in the area.
Shoppers talk about the fair prices, the friendly staff, and the fact that it feels like more than just a store.
Regular happenings like vendor trivia nights make it a true community hangout.
