Ice Skating

Located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, Rosa Parks Circle is a winter hot-spot for outdoor ice skating. 166 fiber-optic lights beneath the ice represent the stars over the Grand Rapids skyline at midnight on January 1, 2020.

The ice skating rink is wheelchair accessible and skates are available to rent. Walk-up skating or make reservations ahead of time for priority access.

In the warmer months, Rosa Parks Circle is a popular location for festivals, concerts and events.

Street Parking: Limited street parking is available on Monroe Center St NW and Ottawa Ave NW
Parking Ramps: The two parking ramps nearest to the rink are the Monroe Center Ramp and the Louis-Campau Ramp
