Midwest Movement Collective (MMC) is an adult-focused dance and movement studio located at the corner of North Monroe and Leonard in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

MMC offers a safe, inclusive space for adults of all backgrounds to explore movement arts, build strength, and connect with community.

MMC puts community and creativity at the heart of everything they do. Their mission centers on inclusivity, equity, cultural respect, and environmental sustainability, with a clear stance against cultural appropriation and competition-focused environments.
