Farm Country Cheese House is a small-batch artisan creamery and farm store that makes over 20 traditional and distinctive varieties of cheese. It’s definitely off the beaten path, about 45 minutes NW of Grand Rapids.
On select days they also serve made-to-order sandwiches and house-baked goods that are yummy, too.

Open Mon through Sat (confirm before you visit as this may vary seasonally).
Cheesemaking happens in the morning during the week, so aim for that window if you want to watch. No admission fee. Large group tours/field trips available by appointment – email them info@farmcountrycheese.com.
Baked goods and lunch are sometimes available.
