Field Trips

The Detroit Zoo wildlife exhibits showcase more than 2,000 animals of over 200 species. Favorites include the penguins and polar bears. Many special events are planned throughout the year. Also at the Zoo: 4D theater, carousel, play areas and more. A field trip to the zoo is a great way for students to observe animals and feel a connection with wildlife.
