The Story Behind It
Great Grandpa Vet Shooks spotted a wild cherry tree thriving on this hillside in 1914. Impressed by the fruit, he bought 60 acres and started a cherry farm.
Four generations later, his great-grandsons planted wine grapes in 2015, expanding the farm’s legacy. The tasting room was built to honor both the past and future of this family land.
