Executive Chef Luke VerHulst spent time traveling the Italian coast, learning from local markets and artisans to craft Allora’s menu.

The dishes highlight a thoughtful approach to farm-to-table dining, using locally sourced ingredients from places like Green Wagon Farm. Seasonal changes keep the offerings fresh.

The space itself is designed to feel like you’re dining in a tucked-away Italian courtyard. High ceilings, soft colors, and thoughtful design elements pull your eye toward the focal point of the room.

Drinks and Dining

Allora’s four-course style is all about slowing down and savoring each bite. Kick things off with light aperitifs, dig into classics like martinis and negronis with your main course, and wrap it up with dessert cocktails like an espresso martini. The wine list is stacked with options by the glass or bottle.
