Moms night out? Yes please!
Between meal prep, laundry, school drop offs, working, bath time, sleep routines, YOU NAME IT – we are all holding it down for our families. So, we’ve compiled all of our favorite moms night out spots from our date night guide plus a little extra just for us!
Read on for some refreshing ideas for moms night out with your besties.
Mix and match these ideas for a great COMBO NIGHT! If you’re up for a great moms night out here’s your go-to list!
1 – Go out to eat and/or grab a drink.
AI Fusion – make a reservation to hang out in your own unique Japanese style seating room.
Arts Pub – The new revitalization of Art’s is awesome! The tapas style food and beverages are delicious with a really fun chill atmosphere. Their patio is great for those nice summer evenings and faces the sunset.
The Avenue/Ruckus Ramen – Arguably the best Ramen in town! But you’ll have to be the judge. With the Avenue’s huge space there’s always room for big groups of friends. Try the Okonomoyaki fries and your taste buds will be dancing all night long.

American Fifth Spirits – Play board games, eat delicious snacks, and fantastic drinks while you chat the night away. They also have a DD menu that is really tasty and fum making this a perfect destination for all.
Arcadia Smokehouse – Amazing staff, and live music nights, plus their tasty menu made this place a great go-to spot for moms night. I also love their walk up ordering station for those nice summer nights when we want to walk around and do a few things in one night.
Bad Brewing Company – Igloos, drinks, and a great vibe = yes please.
Burgdorf Winery – For those special nights out this place is a great choice for a chill and cozy night with the gals.
Beggars Banquet – It’s cozy and dim-lit atmosphere makes Beggars a perfect place to catch up with friends.
Blue Gill Grill – Summer nights are a dream when you sit on their patio looking at Lake Lansing. Watch the sun set and hang your besties.
Blue Owl Coffee– Daily events make this a fantastic place to hang and talk. They are known for their coffee but they have many other drink options as well as food.

Bridge Street Social – Wow! Their extensive knowledge of wine by their sommelier is a treat in itself. They will help your group pick the perfect paring for your yummy meals. Try the roasted brussel sprouts, they are perfection.
Chapelure – Spend a chillnight out playing games or talking. They offer food options but their pastries are the highlight.
The Cosmos – Funky and unique pizza is always a win in my book.
The Crafted Bean – Movie nights, painting days, and not to mention the great asthetics. This place is a fun option for a chill night out. Located in DeWitt and Downtown Lansing.
The Creole – We love heading to the Creole for their southern cuisine. It’s a very relaxing and inviting environment so be prepared for a semi-long night.
Dusty’s Cellar – Their pasta is awesome plus you can grab food to take home with you in theirto-go area.
Eastwood Towncenter: Head to any of these coporate places for a nice and delicious night out. One of our favorites is Bravo. It’s cozy in the winter and so nice and breezy in the summer on the patio.
Ellison Brewing Company – This is a super fun space for friends where you can bring your own food of choice. This way everyone is pleased – even the picky friend (that’s me!) .Watch for their new location coming soon to Reo Town.

El Azteco – Best cheese dip around! You can’t go wrong with complimentary chips and salsa. In the warmer months it’s dreamy to sit up on the patio at the East Lansing location. Try their new patio on Saginaw hwy as well!
Foster Coffee Co – is a great place to gather. They often have fun events and soon they will be in 3 locations East Lansing (comingn soon), Flint, and Owosso!
Horrocks – Pick up your favorite treat then sit in the new lounge area on the north side of the building.
Lansing Brewing Company – LBC is always a great choice for games, beers on tap, and room for the crew. Also, enjoy their live music on the patio during the warmer months.
Looking Glass Brewery – This old church turned bar and hang out spot is really great with games available.

Maru Sushi & Grill – Delicious, Allergy friendly, and a gaurenteed sweet night out with friends.
MP Social – A night out here is a win for lots of reason – read why here! You’ll love their drink menu and all around atmospher.
Meat – Mmmmmm, I can almost taste it now just thinking about them – we love going here for moms nights because of all the fun sauces to try and rustic vibe. Copper cups, and mason jar waters make this a really fun place to dine.
Nola Bistro – Pho’ and Po Boys, what more could you want?! Oh, maybe a vietnamese coffee would top that off nice as well.
El Oasis – In the summer this can be such a fun place to head on moms night out. Sit on the patio then walk over to Strange matter for a coffee = Hang time perfection.

Lily Pearls Lounge & Lula’s Louisiana Cookhouse – Have you been here yet? Two sisters opened up two seperate but connected restaurants right next door to each other. I could gush for along time about this but it’s better if you just go and try them out. It’s so yummy and the building is beautiful!
Michigrain Distillery – Fun, tasty, and lots of options!

Ozone Brewhouse – We loved hanging here this past summer to eat on their patio from the food truck Picnic parked on the grounds each day.
Persis Indian Cuisine – one word – dilectable. Their butter chicken and naan are a 10!
Pho So 1 – Great Pho’! A nice place to have a casual hang time with friends.
Red Cedar Spirits This place is cool! it’s darker and smaller quarters make it fun to chat but they also have plenty of room to accomodate a larger group.
Red Haven – There’s nothing not to love about Red Haven but a really fun option for girls night out is their happy hour. Soooo good!
San Su – Rent their special rooms for a unique and quiet time with friends.
Saporro – This spot is off the beaten path in East Lansing. It’s got a great vibe and even better ramen. Gluten free options available.
Soup Spoon – Have you tried the soup flight!? It seems like each time we go here there’s something newly delicious to try. You CAN NOT go wrong hanging here.
Street Kitchen – Walk up and oder this awesome comfort food then sit on their patio in the summer.
Sweetielicious Indulge your sweet tooth!
Tavern 109 – This gem in Williamston is awesome for large parties.
Tavern on Tap Bar & Grill – We love going here in the summer when the walls open up to Michigan avenu, but it’s just as yummy all year round. Rerserving the seperate room always works out really nice for our girls nights out.
Waterfront Bar & Grill – after a fun kayak down the river, grab dinner and drinks here for a nice view and many times live music.

Zoobies – Rain or shine this place rocks!

13 – Bliss Boutique and Salon/Spa never carries the same item twice. Get a pedicure, shop, with treats and wine for a relaxing time with friends.
14 – Shop in Owosso at Birch & Elm and other adorable spots and places to eat.
15 – Kayaking – Spend some time on the grand with Rivertown Adventures in Downtown Lansing.

17 – Bike with rivertown adventures or Capitol City Cycle.

18 – Escape!
19 – Axe Throwing – try out your skills throwing an Axe and bring your own drinks and food along with you.
20 – Ski at Mt. Brighton This is such a cool idea for close by extreme fun!
21 – Scooter through a portion of the city. Decide where you’ll want to meet up and find scooters for each of you, then ride around town and see it in a new way. Make stops at fun places along the way.

23 – Go Horseback riding at Sundance Riding Stables or Northfork Farms and Outback
24 – Go Tubing/sledding in the winter at Birchfield, Granger, or Hawk Island where all have snack bars.
25 – Explore Owosso: Visit Curwood Castle, drink coffee at Fosters (coming soon to East Lansing), and shop at Birch and Elm.

26 – Take a dance class:
27 – Spend the evening at Al!ve and take a cooking class, yoga, spa, or other wellness classes.
28 – The Grid – Play all kinds of games at this adult arcade.
29 – Try the High Ropes Courses in Howell, MI! I can’t wait to try this.
