1111 Godfrey is a part of Godfrey Hollow. This area is a stretch of Godfrey Ave SW filled with artists and makers. This venue space offers an expanse of white walls with large windows for beautiful, natural lighting as well outdoor spaces. 1111 Godfrey has opportunities for a large range of work including 2D, 3D, performance, and installation. This space will be hosting Metamorphosis as a 2026 ArtPrize venue. Metamorphosis: the art of transformation and change. As the title suggests, Metamorphosis invites its viewers to ponder the many ways a person can be changed. As artists and individuals, we are in a constant state of transformation. Art can act as a reflection of the lives we live, and often serve as an extension of self. Through this exhibition we aim to visualize the many seasons of life, both mourning the old and celebrating the new.
